Litigation

We advise on and, where appropriate, institute or defend proceedings before the Spanish Courts through our local associate offices, including property disputes, debt collection, contractual litigation, family inheritance claims and tax appeals.

We advise on questions of jurisdiction, relevant law and the enforcement of foreign judgements through the Spanish Courts.

We do not normally undertake criminal litigation, or cases involving motoring offences or personal injury claims.
